Next up some home eats.  First, some beef curry from a bag (just head and serve on rice).  Fast, easy, and pretty tasty:

One day I finally bought some stuff at the Matsuzakaya department store in Sakae.  The store is one of the oldest Japanese department stores and will celebrate its 400 year this year.  The Sakae store spans several city blocks.  In the basement levels are food stalls where you can buy pretty much anything food related - mostly already prepared.  But, the prices are also quite a bit higher than other food stores.  But if you buy stuff, you get it in nice bags like these:
 Andersen is a bakery:
Stuff inside is packaged very carefully and elegantly:
I bought a fresh white bread (hehe, sorry pic upside down) - a bit expensive as it was around $4 for 5 slices:
Also bought some gyoza that were packaged like this:
After unwrapping - the gyoza were about $8 for 6 so.. while big, a bit expensive:
On plate - quite tasty, they make them there on site:
And a pastry form the bakery:
Hmm ice cream from grocery store - I guess you can't judge the size, but it is about a cup worth of:
One day I felt like crepes so I made some - stuffed with jam:
My Canadian peanut butter run out so I bought this one at the international store (they also had Skippy):
Some strange melon filled pastry from bakery:
Another day I felt like some pasta so I got these from the international store:
Final result (hehe, I was quite lazy):
Another bread from the Matsuzakaya bakery:
 Total comfort food (bread+butter+jam):
While walking to Motoyama the other other I bought a few things from the Matsuzakaya store in Motoyama.  One of them was this delicious strawberry yogurt.  It came in a glass jar (size of a small yogurt plastic container so basically 1 time) and it was a bit pricey at around $3 but best yogurt I ever tried!
Today for lunch I decided to make some tuna sandwiches.  I already bought the ingredients a while ago.  Mayo (マヨネーズ = mayoneezu):
Not sure why the packaging is like that but this is how it looks inside (quite thin plastic):
 Some mustard:
 Tuna (1 can for sandwich):
 Final result - pretty tasty:
